Hi,
You will need to stop and start the vps from panel. If its still gives any issues then please provide access to your server in ticket to check the issue.

restart is not enough. You need to really stop the vm and start it again.

Hi,
Vps created by iso should only have 1 standard partition '/' with ext4 file system and then create template from it and check.

Hi,

It was due to 'perform operations' was unchecked on template in media, which is necessary if you want to perform operations on template like password change, disk/swap resize etc.

It was resolved by editing template and checked on 'perform operations'.
