i do not have any sysconfig files as i am on ubuntu. while the device is up it shows as

basically viibr0 starts fine, cant be pinged and then shuts down to start the normal network. Weirdly enough this network starts just fine on boot but once i shut down a vps it can't be turned on again (and viibr0 is not there)
