problem with contact form,please guide me step by step to how to set up the contact form,after submission it shows message failed send.

what should be the contact forms settings please tell me.

I have the same issue with my contact form. I followed all of the things listed in the "Configure Contact Form" document and I still get the "Undefined" error.

Can you please help.
