Topic : Softaculous 5.9.6 doesn't activate child themes

I am using Softaculous 5.9.6 on Bluehost hosting.
I have Martfury Themes on Wordpress using a child themes.
When I try to activate Martfury => no problem
When I try to activate Martfury child from Softaculous => not working => White page
When I activate child themes manually directly on wp => it activate

When I look at the page of themes, we can see that Softaculous generate a new themes with nothing inside (see attachment)

I checked that this happen not only with Martfury thems but also with other themes which don't have child themes.
When I activate some plugins from the softaculous plugin manage set, it will activate a new themes which doesn't exist and make website become white page..
