Topic : How to add SSL to mail.mydomain.com?

Posted By: aridio on April 12, 2022, 12:33 am
Hey guys! I've been looking for weeks for a way to send emails from gmail with my domain, but it's not possible.

mail.mydomain.com doesn't have SSL, I tried to create a subdomain "mail.mydomain.com" and add an SSL to it, but it didn't work.

Thanks!

Too bad it's impossible to add SSL to the subdomains, if it had been possible we would have been able to send emails from gmail.  :squi:

for the second time asked for help and yet none was given, to understand the webuzo docs you need masters degree  what a mess of information and all out dated info and hard to find what you need if you guy's want to make this panel successful i recommend you overhaul the help docs and think about making videos to help clients YouTube search shows very little help, over all nice panel but the support is not good  and for that reason i will be switching to another panel like cyberpal it's free and better support.

Hi,

I've created an SSL certificate for mail.mydomain.com, but I'm not sure how to assign/apply it to the CNAME "mail.mydomain.com." I attempted it from both the WHM and the cPanel.

>>If you install an SSL cert for mail.domain.com it will automatically apply for cname also.

Please let us know what error are you facing with CNAME.
