Hello


I have activate rescue mode on one kvm vps, now i cannot to disable rescue mode because VPS is locked

How i can to unlock vps?

I cannot to do nothing, cannot to disable rescue, cannot to unlock, cannot to delete them.

Hi,

We are facing the exactly same issue since march 22nd. It looks like a bug in a new version of virtualizor using kvm.

If anyone has a tip about how to fix that I will be glad.

Does it shows this message in manage page on Admin panel for the vps ?

You need to access phpMyAdmin from Admin Panel -> Go to Virtualizor Database -> Select VPS Table -> Edit your VPS field and remove the value of 'locked'.

It will remove lock from the VPS.
