Installing Softaculous in XAMPP, EasyPHP or WAMP is very easy. Download the package from the below links :
PHP 5.2
PHP 5.3+

Extract the package under htdocs or www directory and then access the following URL :
http://localhost/softaculous/install.php

Complete the Installer and that's it you are ready to use Softaculous.
