Have low budget but looking for someone who can config my Webuzo and website for me

As I'm getting speed and performance issues with my website that I never had on my shared hosting account.

Hoping someone can fix this for me.
Sent support tickets, but 3 times they said it's running fine when it's not.
It's slow and pages get stuck loading.

Obe had the website working fine for a year prior to moving to Webuzo so I know the difference
and the problems.
But support staff say it's all fine.

So looking for someone who can help me as I just want my site to run well again.
Thank you

Hi,
>> Seeking help from a knowledgeable professional can be beneficial to ensure your website is functioning properly without any hindrance during use.

Please reopen the ticket so we can review your domain and its configuration.

If your domain uses MySQL, please enable the slow query log from the /etc/my.cnf file to check if slow queries are causing performance issues. Add the following configuration under the [mysqld] section:

slow_query_log = 1
slow_query_log_file = /var/lib/mysql/slow-query.log
long_query_time = 2

After making these changes, restart the MySQL service from the Webuzo admin panel >> under Services. Then, check the /var/lib/mysql/slow-query.log file for slow queries
Let us know if you need any further assistance.
