Hi, I'm very new to softaculous and webuzo, but when i log into my vps admin pannel of webuzo and i try to install applications on my vps, they do not install in my public html folder, they install in a directory under my username. Can i change where installed apps go?

Yes you can. Simply specify the full path, and any app will be installed where you indicated.
Ex.
/home/user/public_html/my.domain.com
