Topic : existing installation import failed ？

My server was originally installed with cpanel + installation
softaculous is currently installed
and already Import existing installations with command

/usr/local/cpanel/3rdparty/bin/php /usr/local/cpanel/whostmgr/docroot/cgi/softaculous/import.cmd.php

But when I enter the cpanel UI
I did not see the software originally installed using Installatron.

ex.Wordpress/Opencart/joomla

Check the related records of the previously imported installation
The status of all users shows Nothing to import
