Hello,

I'm trying to create a template based off a VPS I have just brought up and configured. When I try to create the template with the perform operations checked it says.

The following errors were found :
No snapshot found
There was an error creating the VPS Template

Also what exactly does the perform operations do?

Hi,

The perform operations check configures the network and hostname as well as changes the SSH fingerprint.

Are you creating a windows template?

I got the same issue, i'm creating a windows template ,not select perform operations.

Hi,

Are you trying to create template of a VPS which is having file based storage ?

Currently template creation for file based storage is in development and will be available in future virtualizor releases.

Is this coming soon? I've just built a server with file-based storage, need to know if I need to rebuild it with LVM, or if I can persist as-is because this is coming soon.

No. But it will be available in the future release and we cant give an ETA on this.
