 Installing a SSL Certificate on Domain (1 Replies, Read 6183 times)

Is there a way to install a GoDaddy SSL certificate on Ampps for one of the domains I am using?  I have looked around and can't find anything but could be over looking it.

Well, you can try the following steps:
1. Create a domain in Ampps with the same name as your live site for which you have purchased the certificate. While adding domain, Check the checkbox in Advance settings if you dont have DNS server installed.
2. Open Ampps/apache/conf/extra/httpd-vhosts.conf and check the path of the crt ampps has created. Replace it with your crt. Do the same thing for key.
3. Restart apache and check if SSL is working with proper crt.

We haven't tried the above steps yet.
