As you all know, you can set nameservers in the Webuzo Control Panel, I have been issues with this.

I have two dedicated IP addresses on my Webuzo Dedicated Server, and I would like to assign the nameservers there own IP addresses, for example;

Main Server IP: x.x.x.01
NS1 Nameserver IP: x.x.x.01
NS2 Nameserver IP: x.x.x.02

I have set up the host entries for the nameservers on my domain registrar (GoDaddy), and then changed the nameservers for my domain to the ones I created before (Hos entries).

When the DNS servers are updated, my website is no longer available and won't load. Currently I have to do everything through GoDaddy's DNS Manager to get my site(s) to work on my Webuzo Dedicated Server, which isn't a problem, but can be annoying.

Am I doing anything wrong here, or is there an in detail guide/tutorial/help I use to set this up properly.

I hope this topic makes sense.

That's the thing, I have set the nameservers in the Webuzo panel.

With most control panels that is used to host web sites such as cPanel and, DirectAdmin requires an IP address to be assigned to the nameserver and I don't get why Webuzo don't do this.

I will submit a ticket now to further help me with this issue.

Thank you for your help.

Question 1.
For set private Nameserver in Webuzo and see work VPS where webuzo are running must have at least one associated domain?

Question 2.
Primary Domain can be a IP address of VPS?

Add the Nameserver records in your Domain Control Panel and use it in the Webuzo Admin Panel as explained in the guide earlier.

Yes you can use the IP address in case you do not have a Primary Domain.

Sorry i'm still not understanding the question 1.

If i have bought a VPS on Company 1 with Webuzo Cpanel and i have set nameserver in Webuzo Cpanel but i have no domain registered in Company 1 where i have the VPS, my domain is registered in other Registrar website who has nothing to do with the VPS company a.

The DNS record in the register point to provate IP of VPS so www.mydomain.ex work fine because is redirected to VPS but if i want have my own name server, for do that after configuring in Webuzo i must have at least one domain nema with Company A?

So i think for create my own name server in this case i must create in the registar space if they alowed it?

Because i have configured the name server in webuzo and then i have putted in the register name server but didn't work.

I have configurated the two name server in the settings of webuzo

ns1.domain.ext
ns2.domain.ext

now if i go on DNS zone i can see the ns1 and the ns2 nameserver who points to the same IP of my server.
Not to my private IP of the VPS but the IP of the server who i can see on the webuzo settings page.

If i try to create nameserver outside of webuzo ns1 and ns2 with this IP who i see in DNS so my server IP i receve the message: invalid IP because the server IP is a strange IP.

Also i have my domain name outside of the server company but i can look into DNS zone where there is the private IP of VPS, there is ns1.privateipof server and ns2.privateipofserver, if i try to load this in a browser it doesn't exist. is this normal?
