We have recently installed Softaculous on DirectADmin. Aside of the MySQL problem we got, we noticed a different bug.

As an user, once you're in the Softaculous screen, you can click "[logout]" to logout entirely from DirectAdmin. However, the url is mydomain.com/logout/ while the actual logout link is mydomain.com/CMD_LOGOUT/, resulting in an error: document not found.
