Hi,



I think i posted in wrong section before. So I repost from last thread.


I got a problem with webuzo login page, when i tried to access my webuzo panel

http://ip-address:2002 or 2004 port it just became a white blank page.



I already restarted webuzo even the VPS itself and make sure apache2/httpd already running.



When i tried to access hosted website it display perfectly normal.

But i cant access the webuzo panel.



Any solution for this problem?

Restart the webuzo service

Hi,

I have successfully restarted webuzo service. But the login page is still white blank page.

Any other suggestion to fix this issue??

Execute the CRON for once.
Root> /usr/local/emps/bin/php /usr/local/webuzo/cron.php

After running the CRON for once. the issue still persist.

It's seems some files were not updated completely causing the trouble.
We have replied to your ticket for the same. :xd:

i have the same issue.. the cron does not help.. and i need urged access the the admin panel :-(

Yet again, the list of apps (/usr/local/webuzo/enduser/apps.php) was not updated on your server for some reason causing the trouble.
Quick fix is to remove the file and execute the CRON.
The CRON updates it !!!

I have responded to your support ticket and fixed your issue.

again the same theater... cant access the controlpanel, i have startet the cron and i have restaret the webuzo service, when wil this thing run stable without this theater?????? what i pay for every month when it not works when i need it :-(

so no i get in the controlpanel and by starting the cron comes this: nginx: [emerg] bind() to 0.0.0.0:80 failed (98: Address already in use)

I am having the exact same problem...I have restarted over and over again, I ran the command above for the cron but I still can't log in and I don't get any errors if I rename the apps.php file and try to restart webuzo without it or run the cron and restart webuzo.

I have also opened a support ticket. Please assist
