Topic : Domain primary and phpmyadmin webuzo server can not access after copy paste all file primary domain

please help me, after I copied all the main domain files, suddenly the main domain can't be accessed and phpmyadmin can't be accessed either. need a solution why this happened. is it from the web server? but I checked on the ssh server and didn't find apache2 or nginix or anything. Please give me a solution
