I am receiving this php warning after upgrading php to v8.11.1 on each time i try to run a php code.

[Sat Oct 15 18:42:33 2022] PHP Warning:  PHP Startup: sodium: Unable to initialize module
Module compiled with module API=20190902
PHP    compiled with module API=20210902
These options need to match

As we fixed your problem, we have the same failure and it was when we changed the version of php
