I'm interested to be Softaculous NOC partner. But little bit confused about billing. If I use 5 licenses this month then when I'll be charged? Or If I cancel any license after 7 days of using do I need to pay for full month?

Hi,

Apologies for the delay in reply.

Thank you for interest in Softaculous NOC.

The license shall be charged upon the next renewal date.
Your existing license remains intact and you need not to pay anything extra for the same.
However we have minimum monthly billing of $8/Mo.
We also have discounts if the license counts exceeds the slab, the rate for the licenses gets dropped upon next renewal.
Hence we recommend to go for monthly renewal and not for annual.

We do have a 7 day refund policy for monthly license. However if you are migrating to NOC account from a normal account, you need not to cancel any of your existing license.
