I'm not seeing Zurmo in the list of available applications!
Has it been dropped by Softaculous?

Hi,

Zurmo is still available via Softaculous :
https://www.softaculous.com/apps/erp/Zurmo

Can you please check if you are using the free version of Softaculous because Zurmo is not available in the Free version of Softaculous.

If you are using the premium version of Softaculous please make sure all the scripts are enabled from Softaculous admin panel -> Software :
http://www.softaculous.com/docs/Enable/Disable_Scripts

OK, thanks.

I think I see what the problem is ... my hosting provider, Arvixe, provides free access to Softaculous scripts.

Previously, Zurmo was on the list of available scripts and now it has gone ... AND Arvixe disabled my installed copy of Zurmo.

Obviously they only provide the free version of Softaculous, which has limited scripts on offer!

How would I setup a subscription to Softaculous where the subscription is in my name, but the server is owned by my hosting provider? (e.g. if I switch providers in the future, does my Softaculous subscription go with me? One concern that I have is that Arvixe has switched my sites between servers before now, so the IP address would change!)

Hi,

We would recommend you to confirm if your host is ready to activate the scripts server wide then you can purchase the premium license.

If you purchase the license it will be assigned to your account and you can change the IP for the license anytime.
