recently I get again in touch with Webuzo support because if you set TLS 2 in pureFTP config after some day, weeks, etc you can see TLS 1 added at the end of the file so allowing unsecure connection.
I get also error simply uploading an hesk 3.0 folder and removing it get many FTP disconnections.

Avout the issue you are reporting... yes, you can edit pure FTP and try to restart but settings seems to be ignored.

Have you tried from Webuzo panel to stop the FTP service than to refresh the services page?

Usually FRP service never get stopped so restarting is not helping. Also stop the service never help somtimes.

For resolve I need do the following SSH command:

pkill pure-ftpd

This will kill all pureFTP process. After that you can try to restart and see if your config file get effect.

service pure-ftpd start

Pure FTP seems to me to be very old, is not updated since 2019
If I made some seach on the web I can see also mozilla and other website is not providing cnfiguration for SSL they use to show ProFTPD

So I asked to the Webuzo team to look about the pureFTP not updated and try maybe to provide a different FRP like ProFTPD

In the email update I receved Exim update was not mentioned.I loosed my Exim configuration, loosed Spamassasin.
I think it's really wrong to send an update that erase users configurations and settings without alert, without manual user update and without any backups.
Also after this nice Webuzo update all my email was broken: PHP, email client.
I had to log in into Webuzo than save again let's encrypt certificate email settings.

CSF aslo start to having issue after this new Webuzo nice update, now I get a warn by email when update cron is excecuted.

I work 1 hours today for try to fix all this issues. i need to resume an Exim configuration backup from my backup archivie to compare the new one ad re add custom settings.

I had to reinstall spamassasin and you never noticed me anyware I will have spamassasin off, Exim resetted, etc.

CSF is now giving an error that I get in the past, I followed every instruction you gived in the past for resolve this but nothing helped. My server went down again for fix all this issues.
Also you are releasing update that cause issues at the week end when the support is not avaiable.
Sorry but I get angry when I see all this issue created by a Webuzo update that is also lunched when no support will be avaiable.

An update of Webuzo should fix issues, vulnerability but not stop the email system from working or erase all user settings without a manual action by the user and possibility to get backup!

Is not nice see that Webuzo update itself and create all this issue on the week end also and loosing configutarion... erase all custom configuration that I have...

First of all I don't understand why all wrong updates are sent at the week end when the support will be not avaiable. I know maybe you send this updates on friday or on saturday; considering the cronJob for updates will be maybe executed in 24 hours it's easy to understand the update will be on saturday or sunday and this means that if update create issues (and recently every update broken something) your support will be offline.

I belive you have a good team always kind and avaiable to help but it make me little bit angy see you push updates that broken my server and this happen on hollidays day just when support are not avaiable.

Try to send updates on monday or when you will be ready to help for the next 4 days!

This last Webuzo update to 2.8.8 broke my email system so all email was not working, PHP apps and client side also.

CSF cronjob now give an error:
*WARNING* URLGET set to use LWP but perl module is not installed, fallback to using CURL/WGET

Now with the server broken I need wait your help to fix this issues.

The email issue has temporarely fixed by saving again let's encrypt email settings in Webuzo. Maybe you reintroduced the bug that see email broken when you update Webuzo or the email doman SSL is renewal.

Please fix this kind of issues, is very wrong broke the email system as is hard discover this kind of issues and create big problems if users or customer try to open ticket and I'm not notified about this. I stop to receve important email alert due to all this email issues created.

<![CDATA[setting up on Hetzner]]>
I am new to this software. I don't exactly know how to set it up on a Hetzner server. Following the guide on the Virtualizor site doesn't show me how to set it up with a subnet. I had it kinda working before but it would drop it's connection every minute and the drop would last for a few minutes up to 5.

Also I am using CentOS 7

I'd appreciate the help.
