Hi,

You will need root access to your server to install Softaculous.

If you have root access to your server you can refer to the following guide on how to install Softaculous :
http://www.softaculous.com/docs/admin/installing-softaculous-in-cpanel/

If you are on Shared hosting you might have root access to your server, in that case you will need to ask your host to install Softaculous on your server.
