Hi,
We have replied to your ticket it seems your server's post_max_size is 8M and you are uploading 20MB causing this issue. I saw that you have created a php.ini but the post_max_size has not taken effect. Did you restart apache after adding the php.ini ? Please try to restart apache and then check again. ----------------------- Webuzo - Multi User Hosting Control Panel AMPPS - Best WordPress/PHP/MySQL development tool |

Hi,
As per our conversation via support ticket, it seems your server's configuration was causing the issue i.e. post_max_size, max_execution_time and MySQL wait_timeout was low causing the issue. Increasing that should resolve the issue. Let us know if you still face the issue. ----------------------- Webuzo - Multi User Hosting Control Panel AMPPS - Best WordPress/PHP/MySQL development tool |
