Hi softaculous develop team,
I think multi usering for 1 hosting can do the job even more cool.

my think is:
  • Creating users for the root account
  • give permissions to features of the hosting

I am using webuzo, and i need to give my team the admin user accsess, i think if i would able to create them users with permissions it will do the job :)

Yes, multi-user capabilities would be extremely helpful.  I have a few employees who are responsible for only specific domains/sites.  It would be great if I could provide them with their own username that could only access domains they are responsible for.

Hi,

As multi-user creation is not possible you can create an FTP account for each corresponding website and give the details to the developers so all the developers will be isolated from each other.

instead of using PAM, which therefore does not allow multi user use as we are asking, but using an authentication system based on a mysql DB, this would become possible

I have setup multi user, by giving each user a link to an FTP account, there own mysql database and email account.

all they need is web links to each, username and passwords

That's what I do now.  It would be great if they could manage emails, forwarders, databases, softaculous script installs, backups, etc. for a SPECIFIC domain too.
