 Add server (Virtualizor xen), Could not make curl call to the slave server (3 Replies, Read 4264 times)

Hi all.

I'm tryng add a server ....I filled the form and save and virtualizor show me this message

Could not make curl call to the slave server

Any ideas?

Hi,
Check whether Virtualizor service is running on slave server:
service virtualizor status

Also check if you are able to access the panel through below url from master using following command:
curl https://SLAVE_IP:4085

Replace SLAVE_IP with IP of  your server

Check ports 4081-4085 are not blocked on slave server.

If you still face the issue, create support ticket with Virtualizor to troubleshoot.

I Have access to https://SLAVE_IP:4085 ... and restart virtualizor... and continue my issue.

Hi,
If you are able to get output by running following command on master server:
curl https://SLAVE_IP:4085

Then create support ticket with both master and slave server SSH and panel login details to troubleshoot the issue further.
