 I CANNOT LOGIN TO WEBUZO PANEL WITH MY DOMAIN..., i cannot login to webuzo using my domain: https://www.ngospelmedia.net:2003/ after i activated Cloudflare on the site for security and performance, and it seems like the webuzo ports are not supported by Cloudflare, (9 Replies, Read 14234 times)

Hello greetings, please i have been cloudflare for a long time now, when i was using cPanel on my server, right now i and months ago, i decided to start using Webuzo for my server because is efficiency and cheap price.

But i am facing abig issue now, i cannot login to webuzo using my domain: https://www.ngospelmedia.net:2003/ after i activated Cloudflare on the site for security and performance, and it seems like the webuzo ports are not supported by Cloudflare, please i need help on how to access webuzo with my domain name, I'm tired of using my IP Address to login...

i will be glad if the issue will be resolve and fixed Thanks...

Hi,

We have added a feature in Webuzo 2.8.2 in which if SSL is configured for Webuzo panel then non-secure port 2002 for enduser and 2004 for admin panel will be redirected to secure ports but as you said that Cloudflare is not allowing Webuzo ports that's why you are facing this issue.

We have applied a patch on your server now it's working fine.

I think is not working, i have tried to load it is taking to long and here is the screenshot below...

Hi,

Sorry for the misunderstanding.

If you have setup the Cloudflare you can't access Webzuo panel with domian.com:port
because Cloudflare is not supporting Webuzo ports.

But in the latest update of Webuzo 2.8.2, We are redirecting from non-secure ports to secure ports even if you are trying to access with IP address we will redirect to the domain if SSL is installed.

So you have to use your IP address in order to access Webuzo panel.

Then you guys should try and contact cloudflare.com team to port, or change webuzo port to cloudflare.com supported ports...

Duo when cloudflare is activated on webuzo panel server it makes many features on the server does not work.... Like the SMTP And IMAP Email Server are not working with webuzo while on cloudflare...

Please you guys should try and fix it....

We have contacted the Cloudflare team and they don't allow our Webuzo ports, hecne we are removing the auto redirecting with domain on secure port 2003 , if you are using Cloudflare then you will need to access the panel using ip on port 2002.
For email issue, you will need to configure the email setting in cloudflare , Do not proxy mail-related DNS records to Cloudflare.
Webuzo should not cause any issue with email , there migh be some configuration from clodflare , you can contact cloudflare team for the email config.

Instead of remove a security option to access the panel in secure way you can maybe simply have a guide with a fix or option during install.

My views here, is that Webuzoo Team should change there access ports to the supported ports by clouflare.com.

if they refused to support webuzo ports, then webuzo should also look for way forward on this, because mostly every one that has a website, uses cloudflare for proper security and good CDN if they don't have money to purchase a CDN licence.

So webuzo team we are looking your decisions over this matter, because is overdue now! make your customers/subscribers happy to use your services.

I'm not sure the issue is Webuzo.As customer I can understand you want a solution but will be interesting understand why Cloudflare want allow that port.

Cloudflare is very used but the port issue seems to be not just an issue that depend on Webuzo. The issue are present but regards other external service.
I use Cloudflare only for DNS but i don't use they Firewall because of the issue with visitor IP etc that need extra configuration. I never tried and worked with that.
In any case security is always to consider first to all.I'm asking if is a good idea remove for all the possibility to see the login to the control panel in the secure way.
