We are currently having Hyper-v as our Virtualization Environment.
We want to use KVM as a virtualization environment. We want a solution like OnApp but not onapp.
Can you tell me will your product solve the problem.

1) HA for VM (Live Migration)
2) How many disk copies are made (redundancy)
3) Over commit of storage,memory,cpu
4) Multi-tenancy to customer to manage their resource (This is the reason to move away from Hyper-v)
5) HA between nodes.

I hope you will answer the above. I have many things to ask.

Hi,

Sir thank you for your interest in Virtualizor.

>> 1) HA for VM (Live Migration)
At the moment HA for KVM is not implemented in current version. We will release HA for KVM in 2.9.9 but it will be in public beta for some time.

>> 2) How many disk copies are made (redundancy)
I think this you are asking related to HA. So at the moment no copies are made.

>> 3) Over commit of storage,memory,cpu
Over commit of Storage is possible in Thin-LVM and file base storage. (NOTE: Backups for file base storage will be available in 2.9.9 and will be in public beta)

>> 4) Multi-tenancy to customer to manage their resource (This is the reason to move away from Hyper-v)
Can you share more details about this scenario ?

>> 5) HA between nodes.
HA is not there. HA will be available for VMs not nodes.

For more details you can open ticket with us at suppoer[at]virtualizor[dot]com
