Topic : VPS Problems & Lack of Support

Hi,


I put in a ticket 3 days ago and 2 days ago Virtualizor support agents stopped replying to me. I've lost clients since then because naturally no one wants to have a broken VPS. If I cannot find a reply I will have to give up with Virtualizor all together which will be a shame.


So my issue is this:
Some of my VPS's are showing this: https://i.imgur.com/IbpgRDA.png once they've been setup and also say there was an error in setting the root password when I try to change the password. This is on a BRAND NEW VPS so the client hasn't even accessed it yet.

This is on a KVM VPS using Windows Server 2016. The users cannot even login as it says the password is incorrect. The only way they can access their VPS is via VNC.

Unfortunatelly have to second - SUPPORT RE-ACTION TIMES ARE HORRIBLE!!!

Hello,

Its not a problem of Virtualizor. It might be a template issue.

You can install Windows via ISO and give it to your client.

For us, Virtualizor support has always been helpful and on time. I don't know how you find them "slow".
