Unable to remove this white line in the middle (see picture) or recolor in suitable color.
Is this some kind of error?
colums are not adjustable like this to move them and hide white line.

And if i move box with adjusting margins there is still blue border (pic).

There several possibilities. The first question is what happens if you point to the start of the empty space (see picture in the attachment)? If there is the option icoon you can delete it ater a right click with the mouse.

If nothing show at the location I can only help you if you give me i(in a (prived mail) the url of the web page so that I can see what happened.

Oh yes I forgot to ask what happens when you scroll the web page:

The white line remains visible -> problem with menu
The white line slides behind the menu -> Problem in web body
