Hi,

I have a server with a few ipv4 ip addresses.
I have added them as an ip pool with the server provider's dns servers and created a test vps with one of the addresses allocated.
I can't ping it or ssh to it.
Is there anything else I need to do for the ip addresses to work correctly?
I see PowerDNS settings. Is this necessary for them to work?

Hello,

Please check if you have entered your IP Pool details correctly in virtualizor. also confirm the pool is working.

IP Pool settings and PowerDNS is two different things and you dont need to touch PowerDNS for IP Pool settings.

Please open a support ticket so we can add the ip pool correctly on your server.
