Group: Member Post Group: Newbie Posts: 1 Status:	Hey, I Already raised a ticket for this with support waiting for there reply, can any one help me on this we have a vps backup and the vps is delete from server now when we are trying to restore the backup file to new vps we are getting There was error while getting the backup information error. is there any way to restore this vps. i can extract and restore cpanel files but database is not able to restore as thoes are using old database version. Any suggesting would be helpful. Thank you
