Hi,

I wasn't able to get Soft going, nor was my sys admin, nor were the team at Syslint.

Soft is installed and shown in WHM with a paid license.

I was told this by Syslint:

Hello,

It seems there is a bug in registering Softaculous plugin in cpanel . Please see the proof below,
---------------

root@server [~]# /usr/local/cpanel/bin/register_cpanelplugin /usr/local/cpanel/whostmgr/docroot/cgi/softaculous/softaculous.cpanelplugin

You may better contact the Softaculous developers to fix this issue.

Any ideas?

Thanks.

Hi,

It looks your cPanel is not installed correctly :
IPC::Open3::open3('GLOB(0x912df94)', 'GLOB(0x912dfac)', '>&STDERR', 'file', '-') called

The file module is called but is not installed which is Abnormal.
You must get this fixed from the cPanel team.
