NextCloud install via cPanel w/AlmaLinux OS
The NextCloud document you sent is what actually caused the reason for my post. The initial requirements do not list the OS we're running. Here is the list they state:
Ubuntu 22.04 LTS (recommended)
Ubuntu 20.04 LTS
Red Hat Enterprise Linux 9 (recommended)
Red Hat Enterprise Linux 8
Debian 12 (Bookworm)
SUSE Linux Enterprise Server 15
openSUSE Leap 15.5
CentOS Stream

Softaculous installed it anyway on our OS which is: Linux 4.18.0-513.9.1.el8_9.x86_64 x86_64

While I understand Linux it Linux, Different distributions can reek havoc when attempting to install and run applications. So I'll ask the question a different way:
What analysis does Softaculous do prior to offing an automated installation of an application to ensure it will actually install properly and operate properly? In the environment we're using?

You can set the primary storage of Master too.
When he chooses to create on Master then his Primary storage would be selected.

Thank you I didnt notice both are set as primary. thank so much

Reselling Resources
Error: No server found which fits in the criteria for your VPS configuration :
*Following servers were excluded -
*Server ID: 0, Reason: localhost | Required number of IPv4 : 1 and I support : 0
*Server ID: 1, Reason: Slave 1 | Space Required : 200 and I support : 0

So in my research I was told to set the primary storage to slave server which I did and it worked no error and provisioned all right, now lets says a user that had resources on master server cancels his order and we get those resources back and I want to resell them, how would I sell them if primary storage is set to slave server not master. Is there anyway around this>

We do not have option delete a specific task but you can set a retention value in Configuration->Master settings->Tasks retention to have older tasks rotated.
