Topic : Top part of the header not showing on Cellphone

Please help me with a solution. See attached screenshot. I designed the header with the top part showing contact numbers, email address and working hours. That part is showing when the website is opened on computer, but it is not visible on cellphones and tablets. How can I resolve that? I am designing the website using Pagelayer

Sorry for the delay in the response.

It seems that the Row or column widget is hidden for tablet and mobile devices that contain the email address, phone number, and other info. so you need to disable the checkbox of Responsive option. Click on that Row / Column widget -> Options -> Responsive here uncheck the checkbox of Tablet and Mobile option to display the content on mobile and tablet devices.
