Topic : Not able to re install plugin

I am not able to re install the wordpress. I took the following steps:

1. Deleted all the files from sub directory.
2. Deleted DB from MySQL db.
3. Now again I tried to install word press through Softaculous , it gives below error message:

" An installation already exists at xyz as per our records. To re-install the application please uninstall the existing installation"

Kindly let me know the further possible steps to resolve the issues.

Hi,

You will need to remove your installation from Softaculous records. You can refer to the following guide :
https://www.softaculous.com/docs/How_to_remove_a_installation

Once you have uninstalled WordPress from Softaculous you should be able to install again.

Let us know if you still face the issue.
