 Unable to Backup - Cannot Dump Databases, Cannot Backup Webuzo (10 Replies, Read 410105 times)

Hello,

I can't backup from Webuzo.  Every time I try a full or database backup, I get an error that simply says "unable to dump databases." I can dump the database from PHPMyAdmin.

Here's the log.  Appreciate any help you can provide. Thanks!

Sir can you please share the output of the following commands?
1) ls -la /var/run/mysqld/mysqld.sock
2) ls -la /var/run/mysqld/mysqld.sock or 

It might be possible that the MySQL socket was corrupted.

2) ls -la /var/run/mysqld/mysqld.sock
No such file or directory, confirmed by navigating to the directory.

I created the support ticket. Here was the response
Failed to restart mysqld.service: Unit mysqld.service not found.  I tried with both MySQL and mysqld.  Mysql works but the backup still fails. Thanks for trying.
