Hello

Since i have installed Softaculous on my Server, CPU/Memory/MySQL Usage in WHM is not working now :(

It show blank and don't show the statistic.

Please help me

Softaculous in no ways alters the CPU/Memory/MySQL Usage
I think you need to consult the cPanel guys.
