I recently installed the SitePad Website Builder Extension on my PLESK Server and aquired a licence.
Unfortunately it seems users which are not using my admin account for the server can't use the Website Builder.
The button to access the Website Builder is visible on all webspaces on the server but it can only be accessed by sites which belong to the admin account.
I receive the following error message when trying to access the Website Builder "This Subscription does not belong to your account"
I would need to unlock this feature for my customer accounts on the server, is there a way to do this?
