I'm getting the following error in WordPress: WordPress database error Operation not allowed when innodb_forced_recovery > 0

I did a search and found a reference at stackoverflow, although I can't post the link here because the board won't let me.

Where would I make an equivalent change to what is described at stackoverflow?

Hi,

Stop MySQL and open its configuration.(AMPPS panel --> MySQL Settings --> Configuration)

Search for "innodb_forced_recovery > 0" and remove this line or make it comment.

Now start MySQL and try.
