Hello,

Virtualizor Support.

I'm have various days trying use the Virtualizor Default 2012 R2 Template and only now I've completed the customizations and the creation of my new template.

But when I'm trying a new VPS using my new template, I get this error:

Someone know how I can fix that?

Hi,

On checking your issue we found that vps was not stopped gracefully before creating the OS template from it and hence this issue arises .
