I am also having the exact same problem
getting this error
Error connecting to IMAP server: example.com.
110 : Connection timed out

is there any fix to this or I have to live with this error?

Thanks for your reply but there is not any fix to the error 110

I also tried these fixes already, Nothing changed.

Is your Primary domain pointing to the Webuzo server IP ?

Also, is your hostname a Fully Qualified Domain Name pointing to the Webuzo server IP ?
