 Unable to create temporary MYSQL user, Schedule Backups fails every day (3 Replies, Read 143251 times)

Good night

Since a couple weeks I start with Webuzo and schedule dailly backups for databases, But nver happens. I have this error in backups logs:

[Sat Dec  3 05:25:59 2022] Unable to create temporary MYSQL user
[Sun Dec  4 00:00:02 2022] Unable to create temporary MYSQL user
[Mon Dec  5 00:00:02 2022] Unable to create temporary MYSQL user
[Tue Dec  6 00:00:01 2022] Unable to create temporary MYSQL user
[Wed Dec  7 00:00:01 2022] Unable to create temporary MYSQL user
[Thu Dec  8 00:00:01 2022] Unable to create temporary MYSQL user
[Fri Dec  9 00:00:02 2022] Unable to create temporary MYSQL user
[Sat Dec 10 00:00:02 2022] Unable to create temporary MYSQL user
[Sun Dec 11 00:00:01 2022] Unable to create temporary MYSQL user
[Mon Dec 12 00:00:02 2022] Unable to create temporary MYSQL user

I never saw this error in other panels... can you please help me to understand whats happen?

Ticket created, but I am not comfortable at all with outside hands breaking into the server, since I have two hosting accounts, each with a CRM and +200 agents working daily...

The worst thing is that we are without backup copies, if they move something wrong, we are fried!!!!
