Topic : Unable to upload new images

I'm currently using the sitepad website builder to make a website and all of a sudden today I can't seem to upload any images to my media folder.

Whenever I try to, I get this error:
"The uploaded file could not be moved to szp-content/uploads/201804/09/9lpu3jqhbqanmcse9pdyrkxwy2so9kpi/2018/04."

I'm only using 13 MB out of 1GB so I'm not out of space.
I cant upload from any of the upload menus.

I'm having the same problem. Did you find the solution?

Yes. I opened a ticket with sitepad support and they got back to me with:

"Sorry for the inconvenience. It seems there was an issue on the server due to which uploading of the image failed. We have fixed the issue. Now you should be able to upload the image properly."

I did some uploading this morning to test and it is indeed working now. Just in case it goes down again, I'd recommend uploading everything you even think you might want to use in the next few days. Glad it's fixed now.

Worst case scenario you can use the ban-daid fix I did yesterday. Make a link only online album (imgur or something similar) and use the url link option. It'll let you make progress on your website in the mean time.

Hi,

Yes, indeed there was an issue on the server due to which many users were unable to upload the image. We have fixed the issue.
