I AM repling to you because this seems to be a very urgent topic and situation. I can understand your positions and I can imagine the issue. Sometimes can be happen some issue like this. Unfortunately today is Sunday and Webuzo Team are not in office so the first support can be done just tomorrow. You should be able to log-in in Webuzo also if your website are down by pointing your browser to your IP address and correct port. After that you can try to look again in the services for see if is really all empty. You can try the SSH command PHP Code
Please be not scared about Google rank. The issue will be fixed in 72 hours so will be no issue. I told this because I know is a stressful situation have the website down and when happen to me I want up back immediately but in your case I AM unable to help you as this seems to be a deep problem in Webuzo. Just yesterday or some day ago I showing an issue to the Webuzo Team, they after get access to my server and simply remove a certificate has seens go down all my website and Apache. Has take some minutes before they was able to resume all back to normal but they will do. I AM so sorry for your issue. Now here is just time to lunch, maybe I will be online in my private chat later in just 1 h and 30 minutes from now, if you want try to start a chat for talk but you really need wait tomorrow. Remember to give your credentials access in the Webuzo Ticket. This will made the fix more faster. you are welcome. Is about two years that I use Webuzo and is rare case that an update or a removal of something can break the Webuzo server but sometimes this has been happen. Webuzo Team usually are able to fix that but I think Webuzo Team should work more for let this kind of issue not happen. If this issue come in a day or a moment where the Team are not Available Webuzo can understand is a BIG issue. So thank you for your post. Is always suggested to update app in system app. I can imagine after that experience you are little bit more scared on do next time. Also with me has happen in the past that an update in System App broke everything so after that I decided to update only when Webuzo Team are available (working day) but now I do update also in other days as... is rare that this kind of issue happen. No panel is perfect. I tried in this month also other panel and found that in other panel there are issue too that can made your server broken. I have already tested with mail tester and i got a score of 10/10
But why it says 550 relay not permitted? |

I have also setup rDNS, everything is working but i have the relay not permitted when i use mxtoolbox smtp test |

Well, you miss to tell me where and when you get this error.
If you are using the Squirrelmail email I suggest to try to install RoundCube or WebMail Lite because Squirrelmail is not working fine, for me. From where you sent the test email? From your PC? if you was able to send than maybe the issue is not in your email also if the score is 10/10 let me think the error is in the application where you are trying to send and receive the error message. ----------------------- PeopleInside Web, security, open source passionate. |

You says that the error is showed in a website. This website show always some errors so if you have score 10/10 on mail tester and you can send email there are no issue you can ignore that error, I think until you do not see some errors in your side.

This website is showing always error. Sorry I cannot support on errors showed from external website. I have no control on it. Consider that if you have 10/10 mail tester score and you are able to send email no issue is present for me so cannot assist you.

Today Webuzo has notified a new Exim version. After I made the update I start to have the error message "relay not permitted" when I try to send emails.
This seems to be a BUG, bad edit on the Exim configuration file and should be fixed by Webuzo. ----------------------- PeopleInside Web, security, open source passionate. |
