 Fixing No Info in user list, Softaculous has lost the installation, so the user doesn't show up (3 Replies, Read 1118 times)

Hi,
I have a user that needs to upgrade their Concrete5 installation, but it doesn't show up in cPanel, I've looked at the WHM and the user's script shows up as no info, and therefore can't be edited.
I compared the installations.php in the user's directory with a working user and it is very much similar and I looked at the permissions and they seem the same as the working user.

Can anyone shed some light on how to fix this for the users that don't work. I wondered if it was a simple file I could change to re-enable the listing.

Hi,

If the installation is not listed in the user's Softaculous panel. You can import the installation into Softaculous using the following guide :
https://www.softaculous.com/docs/enduser/how-to-import-an-installation/

The above guide is for WordPress, similarly you can import Concrete5 installation.

Let us know if you still face the issue.

It seems that the user was imported okay, but the user is using Concrete 5 5.6 but their Softaculous installation was 5.7 (which was disabled) so by enabling 5.7 the user re-appeared and they can update their site.
