Topic : phpmyAdmin Blank Page

Posted By: gigavps on October 9, 2016, 5:22 pm
When I click on phpmyadmin in the user panel, the logo is there but nothing else.  There is no user interface or login.

It happens intermittent with the user panel too.  Sometimes it is blank, sometimes it is OK.  But with phpmyadmin there is nothing at all.

You can log in into your webuzo, in the top bar click on APPS and than search "mysql" and try to install mysql 5.5 if is installed press remove or unistall and try to install again. Check if now the log in page is not blank. If the problem persist to be please update here. Thanks

Thank you for answering my inquiry and apologies for being very frustrated before.

What has been happening is that my VPS was moved to a different server and IP.  When I changed the IP in WEBUZO configuration and settings afterwards nothing worked.  Including the phpmyadmin was blank and unresponsive.  Like no login screen came up.

Then the Admin who did the VPS transfer, for a different reason cancelled the transfer of the VPSs when he reconfigured the new server, and did another migration of the VPSs, with the same new IP that I had changed.  This time round phpmyadmin worked perfect.  Like magic!

So my problem got resolved through a great fluke.  Only problem left is that my WordPress installation won't load.  I'll make a new topic for it.  This topic has been solved showing that it was not a WEBUZO problem.  It was a VPS problem.
