Topic : Install AMPPS without Internet Connection

I use AMPPS to teach PHP and other technologies in short courses.

One environment has a very aggressive proxy/firewall or something which makes installing Ampps a disaster.

I know, Ampps does not support proxy yet. But isn’t it possible to package everything it needs to run a basic amp stack without relying on an Internet connection?

In my last course we ended up using XAMPP out of desparation.

Issue still persists - I've the same on my laptop at work, can't get Ampps to work because of it's (absurd) desire to connect to the internet. At least a hint of which port is required would be useful...
