Got my Your Subscription ID and my License Key

But what is this YMAL link?
I thought it would be very simple and it might be if I could understand this link to put in when I press ADD VENDER
Or am I in the wrong Place?

I'm trying to use the free version and I downloaded the cwaf_rules-1.234
that link is on how to show me nothing.
I can't find no link  ending in YAML anywhere lol

I know I am missing the point here cuz I am lost lol
