Hi to all,
is the first time I'm use webuzo 2.6.3 I’ve admin access but I’ve a problem with database.
I've 3 DB and in the last days I've seen they regular.
Today I can't see they by "manage database" it say “No database found” but I’m sure that I’ve 3 DB, I've check the services and MySQL is running as Apache, DNS and Pure-FTPd. If I try to use phpMyAdmin the browser page became blank.
My access is Admin so I’ve tried to create a new DB but I’ve “
I tried to do a fullbackup for try later at reinstall MySQL but unfortunately I've not space for a backup on my VM.

Any suggestion?

thank for your prompt reply.
I’ll provide open a ticket a.s.a.p.
I thinks that the problem is caused by the poor VM resources, so the cache don’t work well.
The problem is that the VM is not our, we have access to the VM for dump the DB of our new client, and We are hesitant to take any action as we would not want to lose the data of other domains on the VM

Hi,

Thank you for the details in the ticket. We have checked the server for the issue and as pointed out by you above, it seems that the disk space of the server is full hence you are facing the issue.

Please clear some disk space for the applications to create the pid file and cache files, so that they can run smoothly on the server.

Hi, as you suggested, I've cancel some files on VM (19 GB), so now work again well.
