This was reported by one of our service users:
They installed zikula in there root dir using softaculous as a test of the auto installer, after finishing the test the used softaculous to remove the install and it did that job great, only side affect it also took out /public_html and every file under /public_html folder.
Ive also tested this and confirmed that this happens.
Now in both cases only one test folder was lost but id dread to think what would happen on a very active account!
Softaculous version:1.4
Cpanel Version: cPanel 11.24.4-C36167 - WHM
11.24.2 - X 3.9 Centos 5
