Hey would you mine sharing what the resolution was?  We are getting the same thing and opened up a ticket but due to our company policies we can't just let anyone have access to our server or control panels....

If you remember what you did to fix this we would love to know

Hi,

We have replied to your support ticket for alternative option to debug the issue.

Also did you make any changes to hooks/filters before you started facing the issue ?

Can you also enable logs from Softaculous Admin panel -> Settings "Logs Level" and check the logs at :
/home/USERNAME/.softaculous/logs/softaculous.log

Hello,

Sorry, I forgot post the solution to resolve issue. The Softaculous Team send me a pclzip.php file and I update it in my server. My issue is resolved. This is the answer:
"For some reason pclzip.php is corrupted on your server, i have sent you the pclzip.php from my email xxxxxx@softaculous.com please upload it at /usr/local/cpanel/whostmgr/docroot/cgi/softaculous/enduser/main/classes/"
If you still do not resolve your issue, please reply, I will send you the pclzip.php file. Hope your issue will be resolved!

Hi,

Since your issue was resolved few months back the file you must have received from us would be outdated as we make changes to several files in each version to improve the software and fix bugs.

If you face the issue I would recommend contacting us.
